Please understand that errors and omissions may occur with regard to pricing, shipping or product information. We do our best to make sure all of the information on our website is accurate and current, however changes in information may not always be immediately available to us. We reserve the right to correct or change information without notice. In the event of any change in pricing, we will contact you for authorization to proceed with processing your order, at which time you will have the option to cancel your order without penalty. We also reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors or lack of availability of product, providing a full refund to you, the customer.
Shipping
Efireandsafety.com ships anywhere within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (except Hazardous Materials which ship within the continental U.S. only), using a trackable standard ground shipping method. In-stock items typically ship within 5 business days. Out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available. You will be notified by email of any delays in shipment in excess of 5 business days. You may cancel your order due to a delay in shipment of more than 10 business days without any restocking fees assessed. Standard ground shipping fees are added to every order based on shipping weights and shipping address. Hazardous materials will incur an additional Hazardous Materials shipping fee. A street address is required for all shipments – we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Efireandsafety.com is not responsible for any stolen packages that have been successfully delivered by our designated carrier.
Fire Extinguisher Orders
Our fire extinguishers are guaranteed to meet manufacturing standards and are suitable for home, commercial and industrial applications as indicated in their individual descriptions. Fire extinguishers are shipped to you fully charged, pressurized, and ready for use. Because fire extinguisher certification requirements vary from state to state, fire extinguishers are shipped without certification tags. Check with the authority having jurisdiction in your area to determine if certification by a local service company is required on your new fire extinguishers. All fire extinguishers are considered Hazardous Materials; therefore Hazardous Materials Shipping fees will apply. Note: Hazardous Materials can be shipped only within the Continental United States (lower 48 states only). We cannot ship Hazardous Materials to Alaska or Hawaii. Extinguishers will be packaged as efficiently as possible to minimize your shipping charges, within the constraints of the shipping regulations. Because fire extinguisher returns can be difficult (they are hazardous materials - see Fire Extinguisher Returns below for details), please make sure you are ordering the right type of extinguisher for the hazard you wish to protect. Refused Shipments
Most carriers will make three or more attempts at delivery. If delivery to a shipping address and phone number you provided is unsuccessful, or you refuse the shipment for reasons other than obviously damaged product, the shipment will be determined to be a failed delivery. For any orders returned to efireandsafety.com due to failed delivery, a 30% restocking fee will apply to the returned items. Standard shipping fees to re-ship the items will apply.
Damaged Shipments
If you notice any obvious damage upon receipt of your shipment, refuse the shipment immediately with the delivery person. Contact the shipping company immediately to report the damaged shipment. Next, notify efireandsafety.com of the refused shipment due to damage. Efireandsafety.com will then send replacement product at no additional cost to the customer, provided the damage is the fault of efireandsafety.com or the shipper. Any product that is received by the customer that is damaged or defective will be replaced by efireandsafety.com in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures.
Return Policy
Efireandsafety.com has a 30-day return policy for products sold on our site. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date the order was originally shipped by efireandsafety.com. or our supplier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used in the original transaction, after the items are inspected by our Quality Control Department. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and arrive at efireandsafety.com in new condition. If the condition of the returned item is such that we cannot resell the item, it cannot be returned or refunded. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for special order items returned. All returns must include a completed "Return Product Authorization Form" issued by efireandsafety.com in order to be processed. To obtain a "Return Product Authorization Form" contact our customer service department using the "Contact Us" option on our efireandsafety.com website. We reserve the right to refuse your returned product if it does not comply with our return policy. Shipping costs are not refundable for products returned for reasons other than damage or defect.
Fire Extinguisher Returns
Fire extinguishers damaged during shipment or having a warranty-covered defect will be provided full warranty replacement. Please note: According to United States Federal Hazardous Materials Shipping Requirements, a consumer MAY NOT ship pressurized fire extinguishers unless registered as a Hazardous Materials Shipper. Damaged or defective fire extinguishers are eligible for replacement, however the extinguisher should not be shipped back to efireandsafety.com due to hazardous materials shipping regulations. If you are returning a fire extinguisher due to damage or defect, only the extinguisher "nameplate" label containing the serial number and product bar code is to be removed and mailed to our "Product Return" Department. You must first obtain a "Return Product Authorization Form" issued by efireandsafety.com in order for your return to be processed. To obtain a "Return Product Authorization Form" contact our customer service department using the "Contact Us" option on our efireandsafety.com website. The "Return Product Authorization Form" will also provide you with instructions for the proper disposal of the damaged/defective extinguisher. To expidite your redfund or replacement, please enclose a digital photo of the damaged equipment with your return. We reserve the right to refuse your returned product if it does not comply with our return policy. Fire extinguishers returned for reasons other than damage or defect, must be shipped to efireandsafety.com using a registered hazardous materials shipper.
Credit Card Purchases
Only purchases originating from the Continental United States of America, Alaska and Hawaii will be accepted. All purchases will appear from "efireandsafety.com" on your credit card statement. Please note: If you receive a message during your transaction stating that your credit card has been "DECLINED", contact the issuing bank for explanation. Efireandsafety.com is not responsible for declined credit cards.
Product Liability
Our fire extinguishers are guaranteed to meet manufacturing standards and are suitable for home, commercial and industrial applications as indicated in their individual descriptions; however efireandsafety.com in no way guarantees that fire extinguishers purchased on our site will extinguish fires in all situations. Buyer hereby releases, waives and agrees to hold efireandsafety.com harmless from any and all claims for losses or damages, irrespective of origin, to person or to property, whether directly or indirectly caused by performance or nonperformance of products purchased on our site.
Minimum Order
In order to provide you with the best discounts and low prices, we cannot process orders that fall below our $10 minimum. If your order total is less than $10.00 before taxes and shipping charges are added in, a $10.00 small order fee will be added to your order.
